slipping through my fingers all the time

This is just a little bit of memory that came from browsing through old photos again.  I never get tired of it.  I have the most precious family that there ever was and I'm grateful that even though they seem to be slipping through my fingers, they're mine forever.

We had some fun watching really old home videos tonight. I can't believe how fast the years have gone by, I wish I'd known back then to appreciate every single moment along the way. I am definitely doing better at that, but I have a long way to go still. I'm afraid we've been so busy rushing through life that we've let a lot of precious moments go by. I am so grateful to have these memories, we had some great laughs together tonight from birthdays to baby bath times to tea parties and fish funerals, even Nana hula-hooping! These were a couple of our favorites. (Don't worry, Nana, we won't share the hula hoop...)

I've been quite sentimental lately. I love my girls so much, and the special bond that they've always had with each other. It changes as they get older, and I pray always that they will work hard to stay close together. They truly are kindred spirits, and I know that they needed each other to make it through this life.
I love you, little ladies!
