serenity

My New Year's Resolution last year was "Simplify". It ended up being one of the most incredibly busy, overfilled, out of control, hectic years of my entire life. So much for the simple life. I just don't think I have it in me. So this year, my goal is "Serenity", or finding peace within the chaos. We'll see how that goes. Honestly, I'm afraid to admit, I'm not off to a very good start.

God, grant me
the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
the courage to change the things I can
and the wisdom to know the difference.
